LetsExchange has closed — what now?
What the closure means for your earlier swaps, how to reach LetsExchange's support while it answers, and how to compare offers now.
6 stepsReading time: about 2 minutes
Step by step
Step 1 Know what happened
LetsExchange ended its exchange service on October 1, 2026. You can no longer create a swap there.
Step 2 Never send coins to an old LetsExchange address
Don't send coins to an address from an earlier LetsExchange swap, a saved link or an old email. If you already did after October 1, 2026, write to its support right away.
Step 3 Ask its support about an earlier swap
According to LetsExchange's website, its support answers questions through November 30, 2026, at support@letsexchange.io. Include the swap's ID and the transaction ID of the coins you sent.
Step 4 Watch out for fake helpers
Write only to the email address on LetsExchange's own website. Anyone who asks for your seed phrase, a fee to release coins or access to your device is trying to take your coins.
Step 5 Compare offers for your next swap
On GlobalSwap, choose your two coins: we ask our partner exchanges for offers and show the one that gives you the most coins. “Other offers” lists the rest.
Step 6 Check the partner before you swap
Every offer names the partner that carries out the swap. The Partners page links each partner's terms and policies.
If something goes wrong
If you sent coins to LetsExchange after October 1, 2026
Write to support@letsexchange.io right away, with the transaction ID, the coin, the network and the amount. Only LetsExchange can check coins that reached its addresses.
If someone offers to get your coins back from LetsExchange
Be careful: anyone who asks for a payment or your seed phrase to recover coins is usually a scammer. Contact LetsExchange only through its own website.
Stay safeIf you want to swap your coins now
Choose your two coins on the swap card. It shows the offer that gives you the most coins, and you can compare the others and choose one yourself.
Compare offersIf you want to know who carries out your swap
The Partners page lists every partner exchange whose offers we compare, with links to their terms and policies.
